2017 Monterey Beach Open

The 5th Annual Monterey Beach Open kicks off this weekend. Arguably the largest and most creative junior beach volleyball tournament in all of Central and Northern California, the 2017 MBO will run from July 29 to 30 on the shores of Del Monte Beach.

Smack Sportswear will be providing prizes to Sunday’s winners, and the tournament features competition from boys and girls divisions 12s through 18s. Beefed up with boys and girls junior beach competition, DJ entertainment music, and volleyball craze, onlookers will transform the quiet shores of the Monterey Bay into a mecca of beach volleyball extravaganza!

 

The tournament is hosted by IMUA Volleyball Club–one of the premier volleyball clubs of the Central California region. Smack has loved working with IMUA to create custom high-performance beach and indoor volleyball apparel, like sublimated “sunset” bikinis and leggings.
