Smack continues to innovate with new sublimation fabrics

Smack Sportswear has always strived to be a leader in the volleyball apparel market.  Innovation is key for Smack’s growth.  When it comes to sublimation, no one does it better !!  Since we produce in-house, we are able to turn around orders in 3-4 weeks. Reorders in 1-2 weeks.  Also since we dont sell thru dealers, we can save clubs 10-30% off what companies like Nike, UA, Adidas, Mizuno and Rox charges. 

Saving money and on time deliveries are important  … but even more so is the product itself. Smack has always used surable stitching, fabrics, and most importantly a sleek comfortable athletic fit made striclty for volleyball athletes. In year’s past, we’ve offered girls jerseys primarily in a brushed, wicking micro poly spandex. Although this fabric is loved mby most, we wanted to offer our customers more options.

So on August 17, 2018 Smack is officially introducing a new fabric and construction for our sublimated jerseys. Our customers will now be able to also choose from the following:

1.  Full custom sublimated jerseys in pinhole stretch mesh – lightweight, moisture wicking, not see thru, and incredibly breathable.

2.  Full custom sublimated jerseys with pinhole stretch mesh side panels, which will allow for greater breathability under the arms/sides.

3.  Full custom sublimated jerseys with micropoly/spandex on the front/sleeves, and pinhole stretch mesh on the back.

We had some of our AVP pros test these jerseys out and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive – a few said it was the most comfortable jersey theyd ever worn.  Perfect fit, ease of movement, lightweight and obviously loved the breathability.
