Team Order Procedure

We plan to launch a new, time saving process for ordering team uniforms in the very near future, but for now, here is the process to place orders.

  1. Determine the items you prefer and email Sales@SmackSportswear.com for a team quote.  Team discounts usually run from 25-40%.  A CSR or rep will be back to you within 24 hours.
    1. We can send samples to view, or for fittings – see the Sample Request page.
    2. Also if you want customization, such as sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, our Art Team can create those mockups for you. Just follow directions on the Art Request page.
  2. Once you have your players fitted and roster info complete, you will want to submit your order to Smack@SmackSportswear.com. Please download our forms to use at the bottom of this page .
    1. Page 1 is for quantity/size for each item you are ordering.
    2. Page 2 is for your credit card info – we will need a 50% deposit on all custom orders, or a school PO.
    3. Page 3 is for items that get a player # only
    4. Page 4 is for items that get a player name and number
  3. Within 24 hours of emailing us your order, you should receive a Sales Order in your email for review/approval. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you reply with edits or approval asap so we can continue production.
    1. If you are getting custom sublimation, within 24 hours of order approval, we will email you pre-sublimation proofs for review/approval – again urgent reply is necessary to avoid delays.
    2. And within 24 hours of pre-sub proof approval, we will email you a final set of proofs showing each garment with player name and/or number – again urgent reply is necessary to avoid delays.
    3. Once you’ve approved the final proofs, production will begin and take ~2-4 weeks for completion.
